Welcome to Unlimited Hosting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website unlimitedhosting.techwb.in and all hosting services provided by us.

By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cPanel and billing credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free or promotional accounts

2. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

As per Indian regulations, we may require KYC verification before activating your hosting account:

• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License)
• Address proof
• Mobile number verification via OTP
• Email verification

Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Child pornography or any illegal adult content
• Sending spam emails or bulk unsolicited messages
• Cryptocurrency mining
• DDoS attacks or hacking attempts
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Hosting terrorist or hate-related content
• Any activity that violates Indian law

Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund and possible legal action.

4. Resource Usage

While we offer "unlimited" hosting on some plans, the following fair usage limits apply:

• CPU Usage: Maximum 25% of one CPU core per account
• RAM Usage: Maximum 512 MB per account
• Inodes: Maximum 200,000 files per account (100,000 on Core plan)
• Email: Maximum 500 emails per hour per account
• Database Connections: Maximum 30 concurrent connections

Accounts exceeding these limits may be temporarily suspended or asked to upgrade.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in advance for the selected billing period
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and payment gateway options
• Services will be activated only after payment confirmation and KYC verification
• Invoices are sent via email and WhatsApp
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Renewal & Expiry

• Hosting plans auto-expire on the renewal date unless renewed
• We send renewal reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry
• Grace period: 7 days after expiry (account suspended)
• After 30 days from expiry, all data will be permanently deleted
• Renewal prices may change — we will notify you in advance

7. Domain Names

• Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable
• You are responsible for renewing your domains on time
• Expired domains may be lost and re-registered by others
• Domain transfers follow ICANN and registry policies

8. Backups

• We provide free daily backups on Premium plan; weekly on Plus; on-demand on Core
• Backups are stored for 7 days on our servers
• We recommend you also keep your own backups
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or hacking

9. Uptime Guarantee

We aim for 99.99% uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee in any month, you may be eligible for a partial credit (not cash refund) as follows:

• 99.9% – 99.99% uptime: 10% credit
• 99% – 99.9% uptime: 25% credit
• Below 99% uptime: 50% credit

Uptime claims must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unlimited Hosting is not liable for:

• Data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• Actions of third parties or hackers
• Service interruptions beyond our control (natural disasters, ISP issues, etc.)
• Content published by you or your visitors
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in illegal or abusive activity
• Fail to pay renewal fees
• Exceed resource limits after repeated warnings
• Use our services to harm others or our infrastructure

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key points:

• 3-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
• Domains and SSL certificates are non-refundable
• Renewals are non-refundable
• Violation of Terms voids refund eligibility

13. Intellectual Property

• All our branding, logos, and website content are owned by Unlimited Hosting
• You retain ownership of your website content and data
• You grant us a limited license to host, backup, and display your content
• You must not copy, resell, or redistribute our services without permission

14. Reseller Services

• Reseller plans allow you to sell hosting to your own customers
• You are responsible for your customers' compliance with these Terms
• We may terminate your reseller account if your customers violate our policies
• Reseller discounts and pricing are subject to change

15. Support Policy

• Support is provided via WhatsApp, email, and cPanel tickets
• Response time: Usually within 1-2 hours during business hours
• Support covers hosting-related issues only, not website development
• Third-party script or theme issues may not be covered

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
